Cancellation

If you cannot attend a workshop that you have booked please notify us immediately. Please note that cancellation date is taken into account even on the days we are closed and on our off hours so even if you do not receive an immediate reply, your cancellation has been noted.

• Before 7 days – 100% refund
• 7-4 days – 75% refund
• 3-1 day(s) – 50% refund
• 24 hours – unfortunately we are not able to refund any cancellation made within 24 hours notice

Rescheduling

Rescheduling a workshop time can be made up to 48 hours in advance of original timeslot through our website booking system or in store at our Sai Kung Studio (G/F, No.30 Sai Kung Yee Kuk Street) during our opening hours.

If you would like to change your reserved workshop time to another timeslot within 24 hours notice, please let us know through email or whatsapp and we will do our best to accommodate you. Workshop rescheduling depends on availability.
